I am heading out to West London today.
It seems like years that I’ve been working on one particular Challenge Cache - 1666: The great Fire of London. All I have to do is find at least 1611 caches in Greater London and 55 caches in the City of London.😀
I started off in Ingatestone and worked my way up towards Broomfield.
It seems like only yesterday when I found my first cache, a CM in Rutland, eight years ago today. I still get the same buzz from finding a cache now as I did back then. It's fortuitous that I am out caching today and I have an event booked for later. Here's how the day went.🙂
William Hunter was a Marian martyr who was burnt to death in Brentwood at the age of 19 on 26th March 1555. He was the first martyr in England under the reign of Queen Mary.
I had formulated a plan to visit Bromley and do the three new AdLab series here. They all had bonus caches and there was also an ST multi and an EC here to. So I thought that it would also be a clever idea to hold an event here too.🤔
We had a bit of a do indoors last night so I wasn't going anywhere early this morning but I had arranged an event at Battersea Bridge for noon so I couldn't leave it too late. In the end I only missed an hour of the day's play and arrived at Victoria Station just after nine o'clock. Here's how the day panned out.
CHACHA is a series of challenge caches based near Sidcup, set by that profilic challenge cache setter, RubyShoos. The series just about sums up this challenge hound - CHallenge Attribute Chaser, Hunter, Addict.🥴😀🤣
