I had to take my daughter to Heathrow airport for an early flight to the States. I had to have a break on the way back and what better than to stretch my legs looking for a few caches.
I needed a couple of caches today and there were a couple of recently published ones nearby. I came out to the new housing estate on the old Runwell Hospital for a quick find of the Welcome to St Lukes Park trad.
The plan for today was to get onto the Greenwich Peninsula as dawn broke, start on the west side and then work my way down the east side of the peninsula collecting challenge caches that I had qualified for. I’d get down to the Thames Barrier
I’m beginning to know this area like the back of my hand. I’m thinking of applying to be a Blue Badge guide for Strood. I started off early to get down here as dawn cracked.

It only seems like yesterday that I was in Strood chasing C&Ds. Unfortunately it’s true as I was here yesterday. I’m struggling to meet this 150 caches a month challenge.
I’m struggling with this twelve month Geocaching challenge to get at least 150 caches a month. I’ll be glad when it’s over but I’m not giving up.
