Sea, Sea, Seasiders!! - 13th June

I dropped Grace at the station and drove down into Southend! I've only supported Southend United since 1960, you get less punishment for murder.🙁 I'm after a new series that has recently been released.  A short series of eight trads down Thorpe Hall Avenue which shouldn't take too long once I'd got onto the COs wavelength! 😎

The series called Temple Run after a video game was fairly straight forward using some garden ornaments very similar to those bought by my wife for our garden fence! Once I'd seen one, I was in the groove. After this, I moved on to Southchurch Park for another series, set in beautiful surroundings. I once saw Essex play Gloucestershire here in a county cricket game. I was here with a group of Southend fans including the legendary Nobbler. I can't remember the score but there was a lot of beer drunk during the day!

I found five of these cleverly placed caches, including a snake and a log, failing on the penultimate one. After my DNF was reported, the CO made a visit and the cache was gone so I felt a bit better. There was just enough time to call in at the Memorial ground for one more trad, R. A. Jones Series - Football. Splendidly this cache is placed right next to the training ground of Southend United. Come On You, Shrimpers!
