I needed to kill a bit of time this afternoon whilst waiting to pick my wife up from a hospital appointment. Twiddling with the Geocaching app, I noticed a 1.5/1 trad about 400 yards away that had escaped my attention.☹️
I drove down to the search area and immediately knew where I would be looking and for what. After a while, I was non the wiser on the which. I googled the name of the dude in the title and then I soon had the cache in hand.
As I was signing the log sheet, Cally from across the road came over and asked if I was ok. I said that I was geocaching and she had heard of it but didn’t really understand what it was about. So I explained the hobby and showed her the clever cache. She was most impressed.
